What You'll Do:
• Develop digital marketing campaigns tailored to growth-minded audiences
• Leverage automation, CRM systems, and funnel strategy to drive conversions
• Optimize outreach and lead generation using data and analytics
• Collaborate remotely with a global, values-driven team
• Participate in weekly training and development sessions (online)
• Conduct structured interviews with candidates over the phone ( training and scripts provided)
• Mentor and support new clients, offering a range of guidance and training

What We Look For:
• 5+ years in a digital marketing role or similar, with strong track record of performance
• Familiarity with modern tools: email platforms, paid ads, CRM, funnels
• Strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and autonomy
• This role can be tailored to part or full time hours
