Are you an eager, energetic team player who enjoys helping people and building relationships? An established Insurance Agency is looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist clients with their auto and home insurance needs. In this client-focused role, you'll interact with customers both in-person and over the phone, serving as a trusted advisor and helping them navigate their insurance coverage options with confidence and clarity.
Key Responsibilities:
● Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them understand and manage their auto and home insurance coverage
● Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and personalized support
● Manage an existing book of business, including processing endorsements, renewals, and policy updates
● Work directly with insurance carriers and MGAs to secure quotes, bind coverage, and process policy changes such as endorsements and adjustments
● Collect and manage client information and documentation within a CRM system to ensure accurate records and policy compliance
● Effectively resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and attention to detail Qualifications:
● Property & Casualty Producer License or Personal Lines License required
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills
● Positive and outgoing personality
● Excellent computer skills, with experience in CRM or agency management systems a plus
● Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment Compensation & Benefits:
