Company: Sewer Surgeon LLC Location: Remote or Gladstone, MO Office Position Type: Part-Time (Weekends Only)
We are seeking a reliable, professional Customer Service / Dispatcher to join our team on weekends. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, can handle multiple tasks efficiently, and communicates clearly and courteously.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls and messages promptly and professionally
Schedule and dispatch service technicians to job sites
Communicate clearly between customers, technicians, and office staff
Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and work orders
Provide excellent customer service and support
Requirements:
Experience working from home and in customer service (required)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Dependable and self-motivated
Access to a computer with high-speed internet
If you do not have these, you may work from our office
Schedule:
Part-time, weekends only (Saturday and Sunday)
