The Corporate Chef at UNOX Inc. is a senior-level culinary leader who plays a mission-critical role at the intersection of culinary excellence, commercial strategy, technology innovation , and customer engagement . This individual leads high-impact initiatives that directly influence product development, sales enablement, strategic partnerships, and key account growth across North America and the global marketplace. Functioning as a culinary visionary, strategic sales partner, and brand evangelist , the SENIOR Corporate Chef is responsible for developing custom-tailored programs for multinational operators, executing immersive training systems, supporting global product innovation, and cultivating long-term client and institutional relationships that drive growth, loyalty, and brand visibility. This position is a cornerstone of UNOX’s commercial strategy , requiring deep culinary insight, strong business acumen, and leadership in both internal culture-building and external-facing market impact.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Understands and adopt the Taste of Success, embracing and promoting Unox culture.
  • Serve as the U.S. culinary liaison to UNOX Italy's R&D and engineering teams , guiding product development, market adaptation, and firmware refinement.
  • Lead the validation of new product features using real-world culinary testing, with emphasis on food science, ingredient behavior, and region-specific techniques.
  • Create and update advanced auto-cook programs for national and regional accounts, ensuring alignment with brand SOPs, operational workflows, and menu execution.
  • Apply culinary science, speed-to-service modeling, and sustainability metrics to help shape the UNOX product roadmap and improve commercial kitchen efficiency.
  • Collaborate directly with sales leadership, product teams, and regional chefs to ensure alignment with KPIs, performance metrics, and scalability initiatives.
  • Stays current on industry performance standards, best practices, trends, and service levels and ensures performance meets or exceeds benchmark standards. With a people orientated and process driven approach, establishes, prioritizes, and leads implementation strategies to achieve sales, company objectives, and continuous
  • improvement initiatives focused on optimizing customer experience, training, quality, efficiency.
  • Maintains a growth mindset to determine future needs and priorities, and establishes the direction for resources, processes, and the area department.
  • With a dynamic attitude, collaborates, evaluates, and prioritizes department objectives, and participates in the development and implementation of business action plans as a member of the Unox team.
  • Builds a strong, direct feedback culture, by providing feedback that is constructive, frequent, immediate, concrete, and in small portions.
  • Implements, oversees, and complies with all Company health and safety, environmental, and quality policies and regulatory requirements.
