Job Description

T ROCK CONSTRUCTION INC. is looking to fill 8 Construction Laborer positions in Washington County, PA. This is a temporary, full-time seasonal position and we are looking to fill 8 job openings for employment from 3/1/2026 to 12/20/2026.

Additional Worksites: Worksites are in Washington, Allegheny, Westmoreland, and Fayette counties in Pennsylvania.

Job Description:

Duties: Perform tasks involving physical labor at construction sites. Assist with setting forms and preparing worksite for concrete pours. May operate hand and power tools of all types: air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, concrete saws, mixers, vibrators, small mechanical hoists, surveying and measuring equipment, and a variety of other equipment and instruments. May clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, set braces to support the sides of excavations, erect scaffolding, and clean up rubble, debris, and other waste materials. May assist other craft workers and tradesmen with various tasks. Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE. Perform other labor-related duties as needed.

Requirements:

MUST HAVE VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE, MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT AND CARRY 50 LBS, EXTENSIVE PUSHING/PULLING REQUIRED. 3 months' construction experience required. Terms & Conditions of Employment: $25.52/hr., at 40 hours a week, Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (schedule varies). Overtime rate of pay is at least $38.28per hour. Overtime will be available as needed. Higher pay and/or other incentives based on performance.

Inbound Transportation:

Transportation: From the place from which the worker has come to work, whether in the U.S or abroad, to the place of employment, if the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will provide advance payment of transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of employment.

Outbound Transportation:

Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable cost of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.

Daily Transportation:

Employer will provide daily transportation to and from worksites. Disclosure of daily subsistence amount Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts. 3/4ths guarantee not required due to 2016 Omnibus: Three- fourths guarantee: The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period. Provision of tools, equipment, and supplies: Tools, equipment and supplies: The employer will provide workers at no charge; all tools, supplies & equipment required to perform the job. Single Work Week guarantee and frequency of pay:

Miscellaneous: The employer will use a single work week as its standard for computing wages due; The pay period is bi-weekly.

Statement of deductions from worker's pay: The employer will make all payroll deductions required by law and will not make any deductions, which are not required by law.

Reimbursement of border, visa and related fees:

The employer will reimburse an H-2B worker in the first work week for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker.

Provision of board, lodging or other facilities

The employer will not be providing housing.
