**Job Title: Construction Laborer** **Pay: $20-$34, depending on experience! (With an additional $830/week in per diem if you live 75+ miles away from Lebanon!)** **Location: Around Lebanon, Indiana** **Hours: Monday-Saturday, 10 hour days and a ton of OT!** **Job Description** Technicians will be responsible for production around creating the underground Concrete Duct Bank boxes. Technicians/Laborers could be responsible for a few different roles throughout the process depending on their assigned station. **Responsibilities** + Setting up and tying in the rebar, preparing it for the next station. + Creating and assisting with cutting and measuring materials for forms. + Cleaning and oiling the forms before and after each assembly. + Assisting with concrete pouring, positioning the trough correctly, handling vibrating tools to settle concrete, and finishing the concrete once the box is complete. + Performing all cleanup tasks throughout the facility and operation, including broom work, picking up trash, and moving materials to different staging lanes. **Essential Skills** + Experience in construction and general labor. + Ability to bend, twist, stoop, and kneel. + Capability to lift 50lbs or more to at or near head level. + Proficiency in carrying materials such as tools, boxes, and wood boards. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Concrete experience in residential or commercial settings. + OSHA 10 or other certifications are a plus. + Experience with hand tools and landscaping. **Why Work Here?** We offer overtime opportunities within a Monday to Saturday schedule, promoting a dynamic and productive work environment. **Work Environment** The work involves both indoor and outdoor settings on an open construction site, dealing with mud and wetness along with cold. In summer, the environment can become quite hot. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Fort Wayne, IN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $34.00/hr.
