Are you passionate about precision machining and looking to take your career to the next level? We are currently seeking an experienced CNC ID/OD Grinder to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This is a permanent position that offers an opportunity to work with state-of-the-art CNC machinery and be part of a team that values quality, innovation, and efficiency. Responsibilities:

As a CNC ID/OD Grinder, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Operating and maintaining CNC ID/OD grinding machinery to produce high-quality parts in accordance with specified tolerances.
2. Reading and interpreting blueprints, sketches, and other technical data to determine the best machining methods and sequences.
3. Conducting regular inspections of finished products to ensure they meet the required specifications and quality standards.
4. Collaborating with the engineering and production teams to identify and implement process improvements.
5. Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise during the production process.
6. Adhering to all safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
7. Assisting in the training and development of junior staff members as needed.
8. Keeping accurate records of all work performed, including machine operations, maintenance tasks, and quality control checks.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the CNC ID/OD Grinder position will have the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in precision machining, specifically with CNC ID/OD grinding.
2. A thorough understanding of blueprints and technical drawings.
3. Proficiency with various measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex machinery.
5. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
6. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
7. A strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures in a manufacturing environment.
8. The ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects as needed.
