Community hospital part of a system looking to bring on CNO! Bonus Incentives, Sign On Bonus and Relocation!
- Candidates MUST have a BSN and a Master’s Degree or MUST be enrolled in a Master’s program
- Need Acute Care exp
- 3 FT Nurse Managers, 8FT Nurse Supervisors and 3 PRN Nurse Supervisors that reports to the CNO
- 21 direct reports
- 3 FT nurse managers
- 1 FT dialysis program manager
- 2 FT, 4 PRN dieticians
- 2 FT, 1 PRN clinical educator
- 1 FT, 1 PT infection preventionist
- 2 FT, 1 PRN nursing staffing coordinator
- 1 FT respiratory therapist supervisor
- 2 FT wound program coordinator
- 191 FTE's
- Turnover rate for RN/CNA: 38.4% and 78% for CNA
- Nurse to patient ratio is 1:6-7
- The department has had lots of challenges, so looking for someone that can help with identifying areas of opportunity for improvement
