Northeast Montana Health Services (NEMHS) is seeking a mission-driven Chief Medical Officer (CMO) who is also a practicing Family Medicine physician with OB . This is a unique opportunity to blend clinical care with executive leadership in a rural, underserved region of Montana.

What You’ll Do:
Deliver patient care in Family Medicine with OB, including C-sections
Lead and mentor clinical teams
Oversee quality, safety, and clinical performance
Collaborate with community leaders and staff
Champion innovation and access in rural healthcare
What We’re Looking For:
MD/DO licensed in Montana (or eligible)
BE/BC
OB-trained with C-section experience
5+ years clinical leadership preferred
High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills
Experience in rural/critical access hospital settings a plus
