Job Title: Pharmacy TechnicianJob Description

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering prescriptions into our database, answering questions, and confirming prescription details. This role involves handling 40-50 inbound calls a day, ensuring excellent customer service and accuracy in data entry.

Responsibilities

• Confirm prescription details and answer customer inquiries.
• Enter prescriptions into the database accurately.
• Handle 40-50 inbound calls daily, providing excellent customer service.
• Assist with prior authorization and other healthcare-related tasks.

Essential Skills

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPHT) certification.
• State of NJ Pharmacy Technician License.
• 6+ months of Pharmacy Technician experience.
• Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office.
• Customer service experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bilingual abilities (preferred).
• Experience in retail pharmacy.
• Experience with high call volume environments.

Work Environment

The position requires working Monday through Friday, from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with overtime available. The role may have the potential to transition to remote work in the future. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ledgewood, New Jersey.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
