High-traffic showroom, full inventory, and strong marketing support
Responsibilities:
Engage customers in the showroom, online, and by phone
Follow up with warm leads to convert interest into appointments and sales
Conduct product presentations and test drives with enthusiasm and professionalism
Build rapport and uncover customer needs to recommend the best vehicle fit
Guide customers through the financing and purchase process with full transparency
Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals and dealership targets
Participate in daily training and roleplays to sharpen your skills
Log all activity in CRM and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Stay informed on vehicle inventory, pricing, and promotions
Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Mitsubishi brand with pride
Who We’re Looking For:
Proven ability to work leads both over the phone and in person
Previous sales experience (any industry welcome – auto a plus, not required )
Strong drive to meet and exceed personal goals
Prospecting and self-generated leads are a plus
Willingness to train daily and grow fast
Thrive in a team-oriented, competitive environment
Professional appearance and great communication skills
Valid driver’s license required
