Hi,

We're looking for 2 full-time candidates to work in our Call Center to start immediately.

AdvisorRPM is a Canadian lead generation company with clients located throughout the U.S. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for reaching out to prospects who have requested information from us with the purpose of capturing additional information during a phone call. Utilizing a call script, your job is to ask questions to determine whether or not our network of financial advisors can help out the prospect with their financial needs.

Responsibilities:

• Collect information for our clients through outbound calls. This is NOT a cold calling job.
• Provide limited information about our products and services
• Enter information on our phone dialing software
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Our audience are seniors so respect and courtesy are to be given on each phone call

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job types: Full-time and potentially Part-time opportunities. Looking to fill two evening shifts (3 - 9pm, 6 days a week). There is the possibility of moving up to a day shift in the immediate future.

One weekend shift required for all Full-time positions.

Computer, high speed internet and a quite space is required. We will provide you with a phone headset if necessary.
