Key Responsibilities: Lead and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.
Foster effective communication with management, clients, and individual agents to ensure both team cohesion and individual agent success.
Manage appointment setting, prospect qualification, objection handling, sales, customer satisfaction surveys, and post-sale follow-up programs.
Oversee leads generated by our marketing team, ensuring efficient management within the existing team structure.
Skills and Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of telemarketing team leadership.
Proven experience in managing telemarketing teams within the real estate industry.
Expertise in training, script development, and quality assurance monitoring.
Knowledge of list management is a plus.
Proficiency in CRM software is essential.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to change.
Excellent communication skills tailored to various audiences to achieve desired results.
Key Responsibilities Include: Achieving results and revenue targets.
Recruiting, training, and developing staff while nurturing local talent and potential leaders.
Conducting role-play exercises in both individual and group settings.
Managing agent scheduling, training, and motivation to ensure optimal staffing and performance.
Evaluating dialing strategies, implementing improvements, and analyzing campaign performance.
Contributing to brainstorming sessions and executing innovative tactics and strategies to enhance campaign and agent performance.
Providing detailed call center reports for all campaigns on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Meeting and exceeding company quotas and revenue goals.
