The DoubleTree by Hilton Binghamton is hiring a Breakfast Server. This is an AM shift position. The breakfast server takes orders, delivers food and drinks, and ensures guests have a positive dining experience during breakfast hours. Key duties include explaining menu items, handling payments, and clearing tables, while maintaining a clean and organized dining area. This role often requires strong customer service and communication skills, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Customer service: Greet guests, take orders accurately, answer questions about the menu, and confirm satisfaction with their meals. • Order fulfillment: Relay orders to the kitchen and deliver prepared food and drinks to tables promptly. • Table maintenance: Set up tables, clear used dishes and cutlery, wipe down tables, and keep the dining area clean. • Buffet management (if applicable): Restock food and drink stations, monitor for freshness, and ensure the buffet area is clean and well-maintained. • Payment processing: Handle customer payments accurately. Qualifications: • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. • Excellent communication and listening skills. • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and maintain cleanliness. • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays. • A high school diploma or GED is often preferred but not always required.  About Company: Conveniently located in downtown Binghamton’s business and government districts.
