What We’re Looking For: Proven experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heavy equipment Strong understanding of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems Familiarity with brands like Bobcat, JLG, CAT, Kubota, and others is a major plus Self-motivated, dependable, and ready to hit the ground running About the Role: As a Technician, you will use your advanced knowledge of mechanics to diagnose, repair, and maintain of a variety of diesel-powered vehicles and equipment involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems. You will play a critical role in keeping customer and company owned equipment running smoothly by performing routine maintenance tasks, conducting inspections, and perform repairs as directed with efficiency and accuracy per company standards. Business Operating Hours/Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:30 am - 5:00 pm What You’ll Be Doing:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of heavy equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety checks
• Troubleshoot diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems
• Complete work on both customer-owned machines and our rental fleet
• Document all repairs and communicate with the service team
• Ensure jobs are done efficiently, accurately, and safely

Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma, GED, Technical or Trade School
• Acceptable Driving Record
• 5+ Years of Experience related to gasoline, diesel, natural gas, and/or electrical equipment or any combination of training and experience that provides the desired knowledge & abilities.

Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and working collaboratively with a team
• Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently
• Ability to operate vehicles, tools, and equipment used for diagnostic purposes
• Ability to work in all forms of weather conditions.
