Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and tableware
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and timely manner
• Assist with event preparation, including organizing supplies and ensuring cleanliness
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction
• Clear tables and reset spaces efficiently after events
• Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and food handling standards
• Collaborate with event staff and management to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

• Previous experience in banquet serving, hospitality, or food service preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work well under pressure in a team environment
