Associate Dentist- Private Practice- Ownership Potential- Relocation Bonus
Location: Springfield, Missouri
Status: Full-Time | 4 Days/Week (Optional 5th Day)
Compensation & Benefits: $200K–$300K+

You won’t need to build from scratch. This role comes with a $1M+ book of business, meaning from day one, you will have a full patient schedule waiting for you, modern technology, and an expanded 12-operatory space that has been thoughtfully designed for optimal flow and comfort. You’ll have the clinical autonomy to do your best work and a support team that runs like clockwork, with experienced EFDAs, hygienists, and front office professionals who are trusted, respected, and here for the long haul.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional general dentistry, including crowns, fillings, extractions, and any advanced dentistry you choose to take on.
  
   
• Build patient trust through excellent communication and consistency.
  
   
• Collaborate with highly trained EFDAs and a strong hygiene team.
  
   
• Help grow the practice through care-driven decision-making.
  
   

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: 30–33% of collections
  
   
• Daily Guarantee: $900/day
