Associate Dentist – Private Practice with Mentorship Opportunity

Location: Pocatello, Idaho
Status: Full-Time | 4 Days/Week (5th Day Possible)
Compensation: $156,000 - $350,000
Sign-On Bonus

You’ll choose the path, whether that’s endo, cosmetic, or rock-solid restorative. With a high case acceptance rate, strong community reputation, and patients booked out 6+ weeks, you’ll have the volume, tools, and support to grow fast.

We’re also growing! We are expanding to a new state-of-the-art building within this next year, with additional ops and improved flow, ready for you to grow into a more advanced role.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver efficient, high-quality general dentistry (fillings, crowns, same-day care, etc.)
  
   
• Present and execute treatment plans with clarity and empathy
  
   
• Collaborate with an experienced team to provide same-day treatment whenever possible
  
   
• Build patient trust through confident communication and a calm, empathetic chairside manner
  
   
• Contribute to a positive team culture with a collaborative, can-do attitude
