We are seeking an experienced Area Manager (Multifamily) to oversee apartment communities in the Victorville and Hesperia area . This is a full-time position reporting to the Regional Supervisor/Director of Operations and requires local travel. Position Overview:
The Area Manager is responsible for ensuring the highest operational and financial performance across assigned multifamily communities. This includes leading onsite teams, maintaining property standards, driving occupancy, and enhancing resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, leasing, maintenance, and staff performance at multiple apartment communities.
• Maximize occupancy and revenue through effective marketing and resident retention strategies.
• Monitor budgets, control expenses, and approve invoices.
• Conduct regular property inspections for curb appeal, safety, and compliance.
• Resolve resident and staff concerns promptly and professionally.
• Train, mentor, and support onsite managers and team members.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, OSHA, and California housing regulations.
• Provide performance reports and improvement recommendations to management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of multifamily property management experience.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and financial management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Yardi experience preferred.
• Knowledge of California property laws and housing regulations.
• Professional, reliable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
