Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our QA team as an App Usability Tester . In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating the user-friendliness and overall experience of various mobile applications, providing critical feedback to enhance their intuitiveness, navigation, and user satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Execute detailed usability testing scenarios across a range of mobile applications.
• Identify and document user pain points, navigation difficulties, and design inconsistencies with clarity.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve app usability and user engagement.
• Ensure mobile apps are intuitive and efficient for diverse user groups and scenarios.
• Submit comprehensive daily or weekly reports on usability findings and suggested enhancements.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and an innate understanding of user behavior and mobile app interaction.
• Comfort with working tools and familiarity with various app types and platforms (iOS/Android).
• Prior experience in usability testing, user research, or a related QA role is preferred.
• Reliable internet connection and access to a mobile device.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate usability issues clearly.
