MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
All onsite maintenance functions for multifamily residential apartment community.
Physical condition of the property including vacant units, common areas and amenities.
Complete all work orders, vacant unit turns, and special projects in a timely manner meeting all deadlines.

Supervise and assign daily duties to maintenance staff.

Preventative maintenance and special projects.
Maintain 24- hour oncall.
All other related tasks assigned by property manager/regional manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven work experience as a Maintenance Supervisor - 2+ years.

EPA Certification.

Experience with A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair required.

Working knowledge of industry standards and regulations.

Strong written, verbal and presentation skills; effective communicator.
Ability to read/write in English and to understand directives both orally and in writing.
Detail oriented and ability to multi-task is required.
Must have reliable transportation and valid drivers license.

Work hours are scheduled around the requirements of the property and are subject to change as needed. Must be able to work in a highly varied work schedule. Job requirements often include weekend work hours.
