Koti Health is changing the way people access dermatology care. We deliver both aesthetic services (like Botox, fillers, and cosmetic treatments) and select medical dermatology services directly to patients' homes. Our mission is simple: make high-quality dermatology more accessible, personal, and convenient — without sacrificing clinical excellence.

About the Role:

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial, highly motivated Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner to join Koti Health as an independent contractor (1099). This is a commission-only, part-time role — ideal for someone who wants to build a flexible schedule, pick up additional income, or help create something new alongside other work.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide in-home aesthetic treatments (e.g., neuromodulators, fillers, skin care consultations)
• Deliver select medical dermatology services (e.g., skin exams, simple lesion assessments)
• Educate patients about treatments, skincare, and ongoing care options
• Manage patient interactions professionally and independently, supported by Koti Health’s technology and administrative team
• Maintain detailed, accurate documentation in our digital health records system

Compensation:

• 1099 independent contractor position
• Commission-based pay
• No minimum hour requirements — work is flexible and scalable based on your availability

Who We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner (NP) in good standing
• Ideally, prior experience in dermatology, aesthetic medicine, or related fields (but not mandatory)
• Own (or be willing to obtain) medical malpractice insurance
• Own (or be willing to create) an LLC for your medical services
• Reliable access to a vehicle and comfortable driving to patient homes
• Confident, compassionate, and able to work independently in a startup environment
• Excited about being part of something early-stage, scrappy, and full of possibility
