Our client is seeking a strong leader to oversee property accounting, financial reporting, and audit activity while partnering with senior leadership to drive continued growth and operational excellence.

Oversee month-end close, financial reporting, and general ledger integrity
Support annual audits and ensure compliance with relevant standards
Manage accounting for real estate + nonprofit activity
Partner with operations to drive effective financial processes
Strengthen reporting and workflow efficiencies
Utilize Yardi for accounting/reporting needs
7-10+ years of relevant accounting experience
Strong understanding of real estate + nonprofit accounting
Prior management or supervisory experience
Hands-on proficiency with Yardi
Strong technical accounting knowledge
Comfortable in an evolving environment
Mission-minded, proactive, and team-oriented
