Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid)
Compensation: ~$90-120K (flexible depending on experience)

Our client is seeking a strong leader to oversee property accounting, financial reporting, and audit activity while partnering with senior leadership to drive continued growth and operational excellence.

• Oversee month-end close, financial reporting, and general ledger integrity

• Support annual audits and ensure compliance with relevant standards

• Manage accounting for real estate + nonprofit activity

• Partner with operations to drive effective financial processes

• Strengthen reporting and workflow efficiencies

• Utilize Yardi for accounting/reporting needs

• 7-10+ years of relevant accounting experience

• Strong understanding of real estate + nonprofit accounting

• Prior management or supervisory experience

• Hands-on proficiency with Yardi

• Strong technical accounting knowledge

• Comfortable in an evolving environment

• Mission-minded, proactive, and team-oriented
