Accountant
Franklin / Hybrid
Pay Range: $65,000 - $80,000

Are you an experienced accounting professional with a knack for problem-solving and adaptability? We're looking for an Accountant who can bring expertise and initiative to a dynamic team environment. Our client has recently transitioned to Yardi in record time and are focused on optimizing processes. If you have Yardi experience and a background in construction management or fixed assets, this is your chance to make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities - Accountant:

• Perform day-to-day accounting tasks with precision and attention to detail.
• Utilize Yardi software for property and financial management (experience required).
• Support specialized areas such as construction management accounting or fixed asset accounting.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure accurate reporting and efficient processes.

Qualifications - Accountant:

• Yardi proficiency is a must-recently completed a major system conversion and value candidates who can hit the ground running.
• Experience in construction management accounting or fixed assets highly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new systems.
• A proactive, adaptable personality that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
