JOB DESCRIPTION: The Stage Manager serves as both a production leader and educational advisor for the EHSWinter Musical backstage team. This position is responsible for assisting the Director and Producer with the scheduling organization and technical execution of rehearsals and performances while simultaneously teaching and mentoring students in stage management and backstage leadership. The Stage Manager collaborates with the Director and Producer to ensure the production runs safely and smoothly models professional theatre practices and fosters a positive collaborative learning environment for students.
